About Me
Hello! My name is Emily Gardner, and I was born and raised right here in the Columbia, SC area.
I purchased my first home at just 20 years old and had no clue what I was doing. I didn’t have much guidance through the process, and I often felt lost and overwhelmed. That experience changed everything for me. It made me realize how many first-time buyers feel the same way and how much of a difference it makes to have someone patient, knowledgeable, and truly on your side.
That experience is what inspired me to begin my career in real estate. I took the lessons I learned from my own home-buying journey and turned them into valuable insight for my clients. Now I’m passionate about helping others feel confident, informed, and excited as they begin their journey to homeownership.
With nearly six years of customer service experience, I have always had a heart for helping people. Whether it’s guiding a first-time buyer through their very first offer or helping a family sell their home with ease, I am dedicated to making each step as smooth and stress-free as possible. Outside of real estate, I enjoy doing DIY and home renovation projects, which allows me to stay creative and connected to the process of making a house feel like a home.
